Refund Policy
BOUTIQUE ITEMS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@wingsvintage.co.uk. Please email us with the reason for the return & your order number. We will then contact you with the return address & any other relevant information. Please note the cost of your return has to be paid for by yourself. We will also only process the refund you once we have received your item back, so we recommend you using a signed for/ tracked service.
Please make sure you add your full name, and order number written on a piece of paper inside the returned order. This is to ensure we are aware of who's order it is and can process your return as quickly as possible.

BARGAIN ITEMS
We do not accept returns for Bargain Items.
Damages and issues
Everything is quality checked and photographed before leaving the studio, but unfortunately some things do slip though. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Swimwear & Lingerie due to hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
